My name is Joseph Milnes and I’d like to welcome you to what we hope to be the NEW and IMPROVED home of 12-Ringer Game Cams. This site is dedicated to helping sportsmen and women find ways to stay active in the outdoors well beyond the typical hunting and fishing seasons. "Camtrapping" is an excellent way to monitor your property and evaluate game, as well as, spend quality time and introduce children to the outdoors. I hope that you find the website interesting and easy to navigate. However, it is with mixed emotions that I offer this welcome message.
Although we are very excited about the launch of our new site and the opportunities that we are hoping it will bring to the RingerCam community; we are saddened to have lost a big part of the behind the scene operations. In November of 2013 we lost Paul Rodgers; Paul was the owner of CamoHost web hosting company. He developed a business that catered to little-man and the outdoors. He was never more than a telephone call or text away and offered tremendous back-end support to protect our members and help enhance their experience while visiting www.the12-ring.com. When we lost Paul, we also lost several hundred member photos and overwhelmingly humbling testimonials that were posted on our previous site.
In an effort to provide a more efficient and secure experience and opportunity for our members we have decided to launch The 12-Ring Network and the Network Gallery to compliment the website. I am very confident that in time, the members will respond with the kindness and generosity that has become the hallmark of being a member of the RingerCam community.
We'd like to thank all of those who have joined the 12-Ring Network. We are very proud to have satisfied customers in ALL 50 States in this GREAT Country, as well as, in Canada, Africa, Thailand, and Australia. We continue to work very hard to be able to offer quality products, with customer-centered service and support at fair prices and trade points to all of those we are proud to call customers. We certainly appreciate all of the kind words shared in the testimonial section and the photos that were shared in the Member's Gallery of our previous site and we are saddened to have lost that information in this transition. We are hopeful that our latest endeavor with The 12-Ring Network, our new home for Testimonials, will serve as a more efficient, secure, and fluid method for members to share comments, questions, and experiences. Additionally, our new Network Gallery will serve as an opportunity for members to share some of their favorite RingerCam shots. We continue to listen to your comments, questions, and concerns and encourage you to reach out via our Contact Us link to reach us directly. We are constantly uploading content and revising features in an effort to maintain an informative, user friendly website so please feel free to send suggestions.
We have been experiencing a unique phenomenon; it appears every so often emails both to and from The12-Ring end up in the recipients SPAM or JUNK mail folders. We have made every effort to correct the problem and we are very confident that WE won't miss an email sent to us, but we wanted to alert anyone reaching out to us and waiting for a reply to PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK mail folders. We have been averaging less than a 36-hour turn-around time from the time we are notified to the time we respond. However, on a few occasions our response went directly to the SPAM or JUNK folder of the individual making contact and was missed.
Again, I want to personally thank you for visiting the12-Ring.com. I hope you have found the site informative and if you have any questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out via the Contact Us link provided on the site.
